Are you curious about other people’s experiences with Human Design? Do you like hearing a good story?
My friend, colleague, and fellow Projector Kathy Bochonko has a weekly interview series called Sunday Story Hour where she talks to people in the Human Design community about how they got started with Human Design and how it has impacted their lives.
Recently, Kathy interviewed me for her Sunday Story Hour and we had a lively and fun conversation.

You’ll learn about how I first came across and got interested in Human Design. We also explored Splenic Authority and why no-motors Projectors can have way more energy than Projectors with defined motor centers (the 4 motor centers are the Will/Ego, Emotional Solar Plexus, Root, and Sacral).
I shared my perspective on bitterness for Projectors–which is a different take on it than you’ll find in most teachings about Projectors. I also answered Kathy’s question to me about how knowing my Human Design has changed me and changed my life, and we ended with a vital distinction for Projectors between being recognized by others (as external validation) vs. feeling good about ourselves (as internally sourced self-value).
I hope you enjoy it.
